A product site that does the explaining, so the sales call does not have to.
The site is for people weighing up whether to hand their rent, repairs and tenant records to software: individual landlords, property managers and letting agents, owners living abroad, and the tenants who end up using it daily. Each arrives with a different worry, and a single general pitch answers none of them well.
Dwellrs is our own product, not a client project. We designed, built and run both the site and the platform behind it. That meant the site had to do real commercial work: explain an unfamiliar product honestly, survive scrutiny from someone about to trust it with money, and hand people a way in without a gatekeeper.
A page for each audience
People recognise their own situation straight away
Separate pages for landlords, property managers, letting agents, owners living abroad, and tenants. Each speaks to that group's actual day rather than a general pitch.
One page per feature
Questions get answered before sign-up
Dedicated pages explain rent collection, maintenance, team access, tenancy notices, caution fees and paying owners abroad, so visitors can judge the fit themselves.
Sign-up with no gate
People can start the day they arrive
Visitors go straight from any page into opening an account. We removed the demo-booking step, so nobody waits on a sales call to try it.
A route for bigger organizations
Larger teams can start a conversation
Organizations that want to talk first get a short enquiry form, and those enquiries land in an internal queue the team works through.
Articles people find by searching
The site brings in its own visitors
A library of articles grouped by topic, plus a help centre. The site is built so search engines can index every article and topic page.
Plain-English trust pages
Readers can check the details themselves
Privacy, terms, cookie and data-handling pages, plus explainers that state plainly what a payment record does and does not prove.
Next case studies.
