We wanted one place to take a new client from a signed agreement to their final payment, set up around the way we work. So we built our own client intake and CRM tool. Each client gets a private link where they sign and pay, and everything on our side, from the contract to their record in our CRM, keeps itself up to date. It’s the kind of tool we build around how a business works, and we use it every day.
One private link per client
Clients can see where things stand
Each client gets their own private link, and it stays their page from signing the agreement to the last payment, with no account or password.
Contracts from our master templates
Ready to send in minutes
We pick a project or maintenance agreement, and the full wording fills in with the deposit and balance already worked out.
Online signing
Signed from a phone or a laptop
Clients sign with a finger or a mouse, and the signed PDF is saved to their contract straight away.
Payments in parts
Clients pay when they're ready
Each payment has its own button, and the care plan is a subscription that renews on its own once it starts.

When a payment goes through, the contract marks it as paid and the client sees it on their page right away.

Work we agree to during a build is added to the contract, either into the balance or as its own payment if the balance is already paid.
