The season starts with a form on the website and ends in a spreadsheet only one person understands. Registrations come in by email, payment by e-transfer, and someone re-types all of it. The schedule is a PDF that was right on Tuesday. And when that one person steps down, the logins, the process and the folder go with them.

We scope from what the site has to do, not from page counts, and we tell you before design starts what it will cost. If a simpler fix will do, we say so.
