This page explains what information GMNI collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to talk with you about your project, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you add it, your budget range and your message. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to include. When you book a call, Google Calendar handles the booking and shares your name, email and the time you picked with us.
Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running well.
What we don’t collect
We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this website. The only cookies are the ones needed to keep the site secure and, if you log in, to keep you signed in. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, understand your project, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, do the work. We don’t sell it or share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Services that help us
A few trusted services handle parts of this for us:
- Rocket.net hosts this website, and Cloudflare protects it, including the spam check on our contact form.
- Brevo delivers the emails our website sends.
- Google provides our email and our booking calendar.
- We use Claude, made by Anthropic, as described in our AI policy.
Some of these services store information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible under the laws of that country.
How long we keep it
Our website keeps a copy of each email it sends for 14 days, then deletes it. We keep project conversations for as long as we’re talking or working together, and after that only as long as we need them for our business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email info@gmnisolutions.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If you’re our client
When we build or look after your website, we may see information stored on it, such as form entries. We only use it to do the work you’ve asked for, and we handle it under our agreement with you. Our AI policy explains how we keep personal information out of AI tools.
