WCAG 2.2 AA from the first template, not as an afterthought.
A website you're proud to send people to, software that gives your team its time back, and someone looking after all of it, so you can get on with the work only you can do.
A site built around the job it has to do: accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA, optimized for search, and simple for your team to update.
Custom development that automates the workflows your team runs by hand and connects the systems you already use, so the work gets done with fewer people touching it, on your website or alongside it.
Hosting, security, updates, and one improvement every month, with AI-assisted monitoring and a person who answers. You own the content.
Four things every site we build gets, whether or not anyone asks. Not services. Not add-ons. The floor.
WCAG 2.2 AA from the first template, not as an afterthought.
Core Web Vitals in the green on real phones, measured before launch.
Technical SEO, structured data, and clean architecture built in.
Hardened hosting, managed updates, backups you can restore.
WordPress with Bricks, one global class system so nothing is styled twice, structured content, and Cloudflare in front.
Four steps we've used on every project, so you always know where things stand and what comes next.
It starts with a conversation about what you need and what gets in the way today, so we understand the job before anything is planned.
Then we plan it all in detail, from the sitemap to where the site will live, and nothing gets built until you’ve approved the plan.
Once the plan is approved we build exactly what’s in it, and you watch it come together on real pages instead of waiting for a reveal at the end.
We run those same three steps for everything, from a whole new website down to one workflow that needs automating, so you always know how it will go.
Your website is part of the public record, and it outlasts any one staff member. We plan it in years, not a launch, so it keeps holding up to a board, an auditor, or a member checking on you.
We answer RFPs properly, scope in writing, and give your board documents it can approve. If you're still writing the RFP, a short conversation first usually makes it a better one.
Your staff publish policies, notices and board changes the same day. We handle everything underneath, and train whoever takes the role next.
Your member system, register and renewals stay where they are. We connect the public site to them instead of asking you to replace anything.
The same people every month, and a monthly report you can hand to the board: what we did, what we checked, what needs attention.
Plain answers to what comes up before a first call.
It depends on where you operate and how many people you employ. In Ontario, AODA requires WCAG 2.0 AA at 50+ employees; we build to WCAG 2.2 AA regardless. Every site we build meets WCAG 2.2 AA on day one, and under Managed Care we keep it that way.
Yes. Send it, and we will tell you within a week whether it is a fit and answer it properly if it is. If you are still writing the RFP, a thirty-minute conversation first usually makes it a better one.
No. We connect the site to what you run and leave the register, renewals and CPD where they are.
You do. Domain, hosting account, content, member data. Nothing is held by us that you could not take with you.
We scope from what the site has to do, not from page counts, and you get a fixed price in writing before anything is built.
Whether it's a new site, something custom, or a site that needs someone looking after it, start by telling us what it has to do. We'll take it from there.
