Accessible
WCAG 2.2 AA from the first template, not as an afterthought.
When your organization answers to members, a regulator or the public, the website is part of the record. It has to be accessible, current, and credible to someone checking on you. We build and look after sites for associations, professional bodies and public organizations where that is the job.
The member system does its job, but the public site around it has not kept up: the footer says 2022, the workshops it advertises have passed, and every change is a ticket to whoever built it. Policies and forms are a wall of PDFs, or a shared-drive link. Nobody has checked whether it would pass an accessibility audit, and the board is starting to ask. It is not that the office does not care. It is that the site was never built for the office to run.
Regulators, associations, governing bodies and the firms that answer to them.
Before anyone sees it. Not services, not add-ons: the floor.
One organization, one season, told as it ran: what WCP did by hand, what we built, and what a season looks like now.

Almost certainly. Federal and provincial accessibility legislation now reaches public bodies, regulators and many associations across Canada, and the expectation is WCAG 2 AA. Every site we build meets WCAG 2.2 AA on day one, and on a maintenance plan we keep it that way.
Yes. Send it, and we will tell you within a week whether it is a fit and answer it properly if it is. If you are still writing the RFP, a thirty-minute conversation first usually makes it a better one.
No. We connect the site to what you run and leave the register, renewals and CPD where they are.
You do. Domain, hosting account, content, member data. Nothing is held by us that you could not take with you.
Thirty minutes with Daniel. We look at your current site together and tell you honestly what it would take, whether or not you go ahead.
